Artist Bio:
1910 Fruitgum Company was a bubblegum pop band formed in 1965 in New Jersey, USA. The band's name was taken from a wrapper from a candy jar that lead singer Frank Jeckell had found in his attic. They were known for their catchy, upbeat tunes and were considered part of the bubblegum pop music genre that was popular in the late 1960s. The band's biggest hit was "Simon Says," which reached number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1968. They also had other charting singles such as "1, 2, 3, Red Light" and "Indian Giver."

Despite their short-lived success in the late 1960s, 1910 Fruitgum Company continued to perform and record music throughout the 1970s and 1980s. The band went through various lineup changes over the years but continued to tour and perform their nostalgic hits for fans of bubblegum pop music.
