2Pac, born Tupac Amaru Shakur on June 16, 1971, was an American rapper and actor who is considered one of the most influential and skilled rappers of all time. He rose to fame in the early 1990s with his socially conscious lyrics and raw storytelling. 2Pac released several critically acclaimed albums during his career, including "2Pacalypse Now," "Me Against the World," and "All Eyez on Me," which is one of the best-selling hip-hop albums of all time.
Aside from his music career, 2Pac was also known for his acting roles in films such as "Juice," "Poetic Justice," and "Above the Rim." He was involved in various legal issues and controversies throughout his life, including a highly publicized feud with fellow rapper The Notorious B.I.G. 2Pac's life was tragically cut short when he was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas on September 13, 1996.
