3LW was an American girl group formed in 1999. The original lineup consisted of Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams, and Naturi Naughton. The group's name, 3LW, stands for "3 Little Women." They were signed to Epic Records and released their self-titled debut album in 2000, which included the hit single "No More (Baby I'ma Do Right)." The album was certified platinum in the United States.

In 2002, Naturi Naughton left the group and was replaced by Jessica Benson. 3LW released their second album, "A Girl Can Mack," in the same year. The group disbanded in 2007. Despite their relatively short-lived career, 3LW made a significant impact on the music industry, especially in the realm of R&B and pop music.
