Artist Bio:
ABBA was a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972 by members Agnetha Fältskog, Bjørn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. The name "ABBA" is an acronym of the first letters of the band members' first names. The group became one of the most commercially successful acts in the history of popular music, topping the charts worldwide from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s.

ABBA's music is characterized by catchy melodies, lush harmonies, and catchy hooks, with their unique sound combining elements of pop, disco, and rock. Some of their most famous hits include "Dancing Queen," "Mamma Mia," "Waterloo," and "Take a Chance on Me." ABBA's music continues to be popular today, with their songs featured in movies, musicals, and tribute bands around the world. The group disbanded in 1983 but reunited briefly in 2018 to record new music.
