Artist Bio:
Alice Cooper, born Vincent Damon Furnier on February 4, 1948, is an American singer, songwriter, and actor who is known for pioneering the shock rock genre. He formed the band Alice Cooper in the late 1960s, and their theatrical live performances, featuring guillotines, electric chairs, fake blood, and boa constrictors, gained them a reputation for being one of the most outrageous and controversial acts in rock music. Cooper's music often explores themes of horror, violence, and the macabre, and he is best known for hits such as "School's Out," "Poison," and "No More Mr. Nice Guy."

In addition to his successful music career, Alice Cooper has also dabbled in acting, appearing in films such as "Wayne's World" and "Dark Shadows." He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011 and continues to tour and record music, remaining a prominent figure in the rock music scene.
