Artist Bio:
Amazulu was a British ska and pop band that formed in 1982. The group was fronted by lead singer Rose Marie (who often went by the name Anne Marie) and featured other members such as Sharon Bailey, Lesley Beach, and Clare Kenny. Amazulu gained popularity in the mid-1980s with their energetic and catchy songs that combined elements of ska, pop, and reggae.

Their biggest hit came in 1986 with a cover of The Four Tops' "Baby Come Back," which reached the top ten in the UK singles chart. The band released two albums, "Amazulu" in 1986 and "Spellbound" in 1987, before disbanding in the late 1980s. Amazulu's music is often remembered for its upbeat and infectious sound, as well as their colorful and vibrant style that reflected the spirit of the 1980s music scene.
