Ambrosia is an American rock band formed in 1970 in Los Angeles, California. The band's original members were David Pack, Joe Puerta, Burleigh Drummond, and Christopher North. Ambrosia is known for their unique blend of progressive rock, pop, and soft rock, which led to their success in the 1970s and 1980s. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1975 and included the hit single "Holdin' on to Yesterday."


Ambrosia achieved their greatest commercial success with their third album, "Life Beyond L.A.," released in 1978. The album featured the hit singles "How Much I Feel" and "Biggest Part of Me," which both reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Ambrosia continues to perform and tour, and their music remains popular among fans of classic rock and soft rock genres.
