Andy Kim is a Canadian pop rock singer and songwriter who was born on December 5, 1952 in Montreal, Quebec. He gained international fame in the late 1960s and early 1970s with hits such as "Baby, I Love You" and "Rock Me Gently". Kim began his music career at a young age, recording his first single at just 16 years old. In the early 1970s, he co-wrote the song "Sugar, Sugar" which became a number one hit for The Archies.
After taking a break from music in the 1980s and 1990s, Andy Kim made a comeback in the 2000s, releasing new music and touring. He was inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame in 2004, and in 2016, he was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Andy Kim continues to perform and record music, showcasing his enduring talent and influence in the music industry.
