April Wine is a Canadian rock band that formed in 1969 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The band's original members were Myles Goodwyn (vocals, guitar), Jim Henman (bass), David Henman (guitar), and Ritchie Henman (drums). April Wine achieved international success in the 1970s and 1980s with hits such as "Just Between You and Me," "Roller," and "I Like to Rock."
The band's sound is a fusion of hard rock, progressive rock, and blues, with a focus on strong vocal harmonies and guitar-driven melodies. April Wine has released over 20 studio albums and continues to tour and perform live shows.
