The band's original members were Myles Goodwyn (vocals, guitar), David Henman (guitar), Ritchie Henman (drums), and Jimmy Henman (bass). Over the years, the band's lineup has changed multiple times, with Goodwyn being the only constant member.
April Wine achieved commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s with hits like "You Could Have Been a Lady," "Just Between You and Me," and "Rock Myself to Sleep." They have released over 20 studio albums and are known for their hard rock sound and dynamic live performances. April Wine was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010, recognizing their significant contributions to the Canadian music scene.
