Artist Bio:
Aqua is a Danish-Norwegian dance-pop group formed in 1989. The group consists of vocalists Lene Nystrøm and René Dif, keyboardist Søren Rasted, and guitarist Claus Norreen. Aqua gained international fame with the release of their debut single "Roses Are Red" in 1996, but it was their follow-up single, "Barbie Girl," that propelled them to global stardom. The group's debut album, "Aquarium," also included hits like "Doctor Jones" and "Turn Back Time." Despite their initial success, Aqua disbanded in 2001 but reunited in 2008 and have continued to perform and release music intermittently.
