Art Lund was an American singer and actor born on April 1, 1925. He started his career as a singer in the late 1940s and gained popularity in the 1950s with hits like "Mam'selle" and "Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania." Lund was known for his smooth baritone voice and was often compared to Bing Crosby. He also appeared in several Broadway musicals, including "The Most Happy Fella" and "Fanny."


In addition to his music career, Lund also worked in television and film, making appearances on shows like "The Ed Sullivan Show" and "The Tonight Show." He starred in the 1953 film "The Farmer Takes a Wife" alongside Betty Grable. Lund continued to perform and record music throughout the 1960s and 1970s before retiring from the entertainment industry. Lund passed away on May 31, 1990, leaving behind a legacy of timeless music and performances.
