Atlanta Rhythm Section is an American southern rock band formed in 1970 in Doraville, Georgia. The band's music style is a blend of rock, country, and rhythm and blues. They achieved commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s with hits such as "So Into You," "Imaginary Lover," and "Champagne Jam."


The band's lineup has changed over the years, with the most well-known members including Rodney Justo, Barry Bailey, J.R. Cobb, Paul Goddard, Dean Daughtry, and Ronnie Hammond. Atlanta Rhythm Section released over a dozen albums and continued to tour and perform well into the 21st century, maintaining a dedicated fan base.
