Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer, born on April 10, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has received numerous awards throughout his career, including 11 Grammy Awards. Babyface has produced and written hit songs for artists such as Whitney Houston, TLC, and Madonna. He is known for his smooth R&B sound and emotional lyrics that have made him a prominent figure in the music industry.


In addition to his successful music career, Babyface has also ventured into acting, appearing in television shows and movies. He founded his record label, LaFace Records, with L.A. Reid in 1989, which went on to sign successful artists like OutKast and Usher. Babyface continues to be a respected figure in the music industry, collaborating with various artists and releasing his own solo albums.
