Bachman-Turner Overdrive (BTO) is a Canadian rock band that was formed in 1973 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The original lineup consisted of Randy Bachman, Fred Turner, Tim Bachman, and Robbie Bachman. The band achieved commercial success in the 1970s with their classic rock hits, including "Takin' Care of Business" and "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet."


Bachman-Turner Overdrive's music is characterized by its energetic guitar riffs, catchy melodies, and blues-rock influences. The band released a series of successful albums throughout the 1970s before disbanding in 1979. Despite lineup changes over the years, BTO has continued to perform and tour, with Randy Bachman and Fred Turner reuniting in the 2010s for special performances.
