The band's most well-known lineup consisted of Randy Bachman on guitar and vocals, Fred Turner on bass and vocals, Blair Thornton on guitar, and Robbie Bachman on drums. BTO is best known for their hits in the 1970s, including "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet," "Takin' Care of Business," and "Let It Ride."
The band achieved commercial success with their brand of hard rock and catchy melodies, selling over 7 million albums in the United States alone.
