Artist Bio:
Badfinger was a British rock band formed in Swansea, Wales in 1961. Originally known as The Iveys, the band changed their name to Badfinger in 1969. They were signed to The Beatles' Apple record label and had a close association with the band. Badfinger achieved commercial success in the early 1970s with hits like "No Matter What," "Day After Day," and "Baby Blue." Tragically, the band faced financial and managerial issues, leading to the suicides of two of its members, Pete Ham in 1975 and Tom Evans in 1983. Despite the personal struggles, Badfinger's music continues to be celebrated for its melodic pop-rock sound.
