Throughout his career, B.B. King released numerous hit songs, including "The Thrill is Gone," "Every Day I Have the Blues," and "Lucille." He also won multiple Grammy Awards, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1987. King was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987 and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2006. B.B. King continued to perform well into his later years, spreading the joy of the blues to audiences around the world. He passed away on May 14, 2015, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the world of music.
