Artist Bio:
The Bee Gees were a British-Australian music group formed in 1958, consisting of brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. They are best known for their success in the 1970s with their distinctive falsetto harmonies and disco hits. They were pioneers of the disco genre and had a string of chart-topping hits, including "Stayin' Alive," "How Deep Is Your Love," and "Night Fever."
The Bee Gees sold over 220 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling music artists of all time. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997. Tragically, Maurice Gibb passed away in 2003, but the surviving members continued to perform and produce music. Barry Gibb is the only surviving member of the group following the passing of Robin Gibb in 2012.
