Bill Medley is an American singer and songwriter, born on September 19, 1940, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known as one half of the successful music duo The Righteous Brothers, alongside Bobby Hatfield. The duo rose to fame in the 1960s with hits such as "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" and "Unchained Melody."


In addition to his work with The Righteous Brothers, Bill Medley has also had a successful solo career, releasing several solo albums and singles. He won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal in 1965 for "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'." Medley's powerful and soulful voice has made him a respected figure in the music industry, and he continues to perform and record music to this day.
