Bill Medley is an American singer and songwriter, born on September 19, 1940, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known as one half of the successful duo The Righteous Brothers, alongside Bobby Hatfield. The duo gained fame in the 1960s for their soulful and emotional performances, with hits such as "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" and "Unchained Melody."
In addition to his work with The Righteous Brothers, Bill Medley has also had a successful solo career, releasing several albums and singles. He won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" in 1965. Medley continues to perform and tour, showcasing his powerful and distinctive voice to audiences around the world.
