Artist Bio:
Billy & Lillie were an American pop vocal duo in the late 1950s, consisting of Billy Ford and Lillie Bryant. They are best known for their hit song "La Dee Dah," which was released in 1958 and reached number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song featured their signature call-and-response style vocals, with Billy singing the male parts and Lillie providing the female response.

Following the success of "La Dee Dah," Billy & Lillie released a few more singles, including "Lucky Ladybug" and "Happiness." However, they were unable to replicate the same level of success and eventually disbanded. Despite their relatively short-lived career, Billy & Lillie left a lasting impact on the music scene of the late 1950s with their catchy tunes and charming vocal harmonies.
