Artist Bio:
Blackgirl was an American R&B group formed in Atlanta, Georgia in the early 1990s. Consisting of members Rochelle Stuart, Nycolia "Tye-V" Turman, and Marlissa "Lisa" V. Morgan, the group gained popularity with their debut album, "Treat You Right," released in 1992. The album spawned the hit single "90's Girl," which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Following the success of their debut album, Blackgirl released their second album, "Blackgirl," in 1994. The album featured the singles "Let's Do It Again" and "Krazy," which also achieved moderate success on the charts. Despite their popularity in the early 1990s, Blackgirl disbanded in the mid-1990s, with the members pursuing individual careers in the music industry.
