Blessid Union of Souls is an American alternative rock band formed in 1990 in Morrow, Ohio. The band's original lineup consisted of vocalist Eliot Sloan, guitarist Jeff Pence, bassist Tony Clark, and drummer Eddie Hedges. They achieved mainstream success in the late 1990s with their hit songs "I Believe" and "Hey Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)", both of which reached the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Blessid Union of Souls released their debut album, "Home", in 1995, which was well-received by critics and fans alike. The band continued to release music throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, with a total of seven studio albums to date.
