Blue October is an American alternative rock band formed in Houston, Texas in 1995. The band currently consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Justin Furstenfeld, his brother Jeremy Furstenfeld on drums, Ryan Delahoussaye on violin and keyboard, Matt Noveskey on bass, and Will Knaak on guitar. Blue October gained popularity with their emotional and introspective lyrics, as well as their dynamic sound that incorporates elements of rock, pop, and electronic music.

The band has released several albums, including "Consent to Treatment" (2000), "Foiled" (2006), and "Sway" (2013).
