Blue Zone U.K. was a British musical group formed in the late 1980s by producer Mike Peden and singer Lisa Stansfield. The group released their self-titled debut album "Blue Zone" in 1988, which featured a blend of pop, dance, and soul music. The album spawned the hit single "Jackie," which reached the top 40 on the UK Singles Chart.

Following the moderate success of their debut album, Blue Zone U.K. disbanded, and Lisa Stansfield went on to have a successful solo career as a singer-songwriter. Stansfield achieved international fame with her solo albums and singles, including the hit songs "All Around the World" and "Change."
