Blur is an English rock band formed in London in 1988. The band consists of lead vocalist Damon Albarn, guitarist Graham Coxon, bassist Alex James, and drummer Dave Rowntree. Blur gained widespread popularity in the 1990s with hit albums such as "Parklife" (1994) and "The Great Escape" (1995).
