Bobby Darin was an American singer, songwriter, and actor who rose to fame in the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was born Walden Robert Cassotto on May 14, 1936, in The Bronx, New York City. Darin's musical style ranged from pop and rock to jazz and folk, and he became known for his versatile voice and charismatic stage presence.


Darin's biggest hits include "Mack the Knife," "Beyond the Sea," and "Dream Lover." He won two Grammy Awards and was nominated for several more during his career. In addition to his music career, Darin also appeared in films and on television, showcasing his talent as an actor. He tragically passed away on December 20, 1973, at the age of 37, due to complications from heart surgery. Despite his short life, Bobby Darin left a lasting impact on the music industry and is remembered as a talented and influential artist.
