Darin achieved success in the late 1950s and 1960s with hits such as "Mack the Knife," "Dream Lover," and "Splish Splash."


Darin was also a talented actor, appearing in films such as "Come September" and "State Fair." He was recognized for his contributions to the music industry with numerous awards, including a Grammy for Record of the Year in 1960 for "Mack the Knife." Darin's career was tragically cut short when he died of heart failure at the age of 37, but his legacy continues to live on through his timeless music.
