Artist Bio:
Brenda & The Tabulations was an American R&B group formed in Philadelphia in the 1960s. The group was fronted by lead singer Brenda Payton, who had a distinctive and soulful voice. They are best known for their hit songs "Dry Your Eyes" and "Right on the Tip of My Tongue," which both reached the top 10 on the Billboard R&B chart in the late 1960s. Their music combined elements of soul, doo-wop, and pop, and they were known for their smooth harmonies and catchy melodies.

Brenda & The Tabulations released several albums throughout the 1960s and 1970s, but they never achieved mainstream success on the level of some of their peers. Despite this, they developed a loyal following among R&B and soul music fans. The group continued to perform and record music into the 1980s, with Brenda Payton remaining a constant presence as the lead vocalist. Their music has since been rediscovered by new generations of listeners and continues to be appreciated for its timeless soulful sound.
