Brenda & The Tabulations was an American R&B group formed in Philadelphia in the 1960s. The group was fronted by lead singer Brenda Payton and also included Maurice Coates and Jerry Jones. They are best known for their hit songs "Dry Your Eyes" and "Right on the Tip of My Tongue," both of which reached the top 10 on the R&B charts in the 1960s. The group's music was characterized by Brenda's soulful vocals and the group's smooth harmonies.
