Brooks & Dunn is an American country music duo consisting of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn. They formed in 1990 and gained widespread popularity in the 1990s with their unique style that blended traditional honky-tonk and rock influences. They released their debut album, "Brand New Man," in 1991, which spawned four number one singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
Brooks & Dunn went on to have a successful career, releasing a total of 12 studio albums and 50 singles. They have won two Grammy Awards, 20 Country Music Association Awards, and 27 Academy of Country Music Awards. In 2010, after selling over 30 million records, Brooks & Dunn announced their split as a duo but reunited in 2015. Their music continues to be celebrated for its catchy melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and energetic performances.
