Artist Bio:
Bruce Channel is an American singer-songwriter known for his 1962 hit song "Hey! Baby." Born on November 28, 1940, in Jacksonville, Texas, Channel rose to fame with the release of this popular single, which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States. The song's distinctive harmonica riff was performed by musician Delbert McClinton.

In addition to "Hey! Baby," Channel released several other singles throughout the 1960s, including "Number One Man" and "Come on Baby." He continued to perform and record music, although he never reached the same level of commercial success as he did with his hit song. Channel's music has been influential in the rock and pop music genres, and he remains a respected figure in the music industry.
