Artist Bio:
Bruce Channel is an American singer-songwriter born on November 28, 1940, in Jacksonville, Texas. He is best known for his 1962 hit single "Hey! Baby," which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song was written by Channel and Margaret Cobb and featured a harmonica solo by Delbert McClinton. "Hey! Baby" became a popular song in the early 1960s and has been covered by various artists over the years.

Channel continued to record music and perform throughout the 1960s and 1970s, releasing several albums and singles. He also collaborated with other musicians and songwriters in the industry. While he may not have achieved the same level of success as with "Hey! Baby," Channel remains a notable figure in the history of rock and roll music.
