Candy & The Kisses were an American girl group formed in 1964. The group consisted of lead vocalist Candy Nelson, and her backup singers Jeanie Fineberg and Dorothy Jones. They were signed to Cameo-Parkway Records and released their debut single, "The 81," in 1964, which became a hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The group's most famous song, "Chains of Love," was released in 1965 and also became a hit.


Candy & The Kisses were known for their soulful sound and catchy melodies, which helped them gain popularity in the 1960s music scene. Despite their short-lived career, the group left a lasting impact on the music industry with their upbeat and danceable songs.
