Artist Bio:
Carly Simon is an American singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the 1970s. Born on June 25, 1945, in New York City, Simon is best known for her hit songs such as "You're So Vain," "Anticipation," and "Nobody Does It Better." She has released over 20 studio albums throughout her career, with several of them achieving critical and commercial success.


Simon has won two Grammy Awards, one for Best New Artist in 1972 and another for Best Song Written Specifically for a Motion Picture or Television in 1989. In addition to her music career, she has also written children's books and a memoir titled "Boys in the Trees," which was released in 2015. Carly Simon is considered a pioneering figure in the singer-songwriter genre and continues to be celebrated for her distinctive voice and introspective songwriting.
