Cathy Dennis is a British singer, songwriter, and record producer who gained prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Born on March 25, 1969, in Norwich, England, she began her music career as a dance-pop artist, releasing her debut album "Move to This" in 1990, which included hit singles such as "Touch Me (All Night Long)" and "Just Another Dream."


In addition to her successful solo career, Cathy Dennis is also known for her work as a songwriter for other artists. She has penned numerous hit songs for artists such as Britney Spears ("Toxic"), Katy Perry ("I Kissed a Girl"), and Kylie Minogue ("Can't Get You Out of My Head"). Her songwriting talents have earned her several prestigious awards, including multiple Ivor Novello Awards and a Grammy nomination.
