Cause And Effect is an American electronic/synthpop band formed in Sacramento, California, in 1991. The band consists of founding members Rob Rowe and Sean Rowley. Cause And Effect released their self-titled debut album in 1990, followed by their sophomore album "Trip" in 1994, which included the hit single "You Think You Know Her."
