Artist Bio:
Chairman of the Board is an American soul and R&B group formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1969. The group's original members were General Norman Johnson, Eddie Custis, and Danny Woods. They are best known for their hit songs "Give Me Just a Little More Time" and "Pay to the Piper," both of which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the early 1970s.

The group's music is characterized by their smooth harmonies, catchy melodies, and upbeat tempo, which helped them achieve success in the soul and disco music scenes. Chairman of the Board continues to perform and tour, with Johnson being the only original member still active in the group. Their music remains popular with fans of classic soul and R&B music.
