Chocolate Milk was an American R&B and funk band formed in New Orleans in 1974. The band's original members included Frank Richard, Joe Foxx, Mario Tio, Robert Dabon, and Dwight Richards. They were known for their energetic live performances and unique blend of funk, soul, and disco music. Chocolate Milk released several albums in the 1970s and 1980s, including "Action Speaks Louder Than Words" and "We're All in This Together."
The band achieved moderate success with their hit singles "Girl Callin'" and "Blue Jeans," which both reached the top 40 on the Billboard R&B charts. Chocolate Milk disbanded in the mid-1980s, but their music continues to be celebrated by fans of funk and R&B.
