Classic Example was an American R&B group formed in the early 1990s. The group consisted of three members: Kevin Morse, Tim Owens, and Spanky Williams. They gained popularity with their hit single "It's Alright" which was released in 1992. The song peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was well-received by both R&B and pop music audiences.

Following the success of "It's Alright," Classic Example released their self-titled debut album in 1992. The album featured a mix of R&B, soul, and pop influences, showcasing the group's vocal harmonies and smooth melodies.
