Cleopatra VII Thea Philopator, commonly known as Cleopatra, was the last active ruler of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt. She was born in 69 BC and ruled Egypt from 51 BC until her death in 30 BC. Cleopatra was known for her intelligence, charisma, and political acumen, as well as her relationships with Julius Caesar and Mark Antony.
Cleopatra was a proficient linguist who spoke several languages and was well-educated in mathematics, philosophy, and astronomy. She was also known for her beauty and charm, which she used to her advantage in her diplomatic and political endeavors. Cleopatra's reign was marked by both internal strife and external conflicts with the Roman Empire. Her death marked the end of the Ptolemaic Kingdom and the beginning of Roman rule in Egypt.
