Artist Bio:
Collective Soul is an American rock band formed in Stockbridge, Georgia in 1992. The band's original lineup consisted of lead vocalist Ed Roland, rhythm guitarist Dean Roland, bassist Will Turpin, drummer Shane Evans, and lead guitarist Ross Childress. They gained popularity in the mid-1990s with their hit single "Shine" from their debut album "Hints, Allegations, and Things Left Unsaid" released in 1993.


Since their debut, Collective Soul has released a total of ten studio albums, with hits such as "December," "The World I Know," and "Heavy." The band has sold over 20 million records worldwide and has received numerous accolades, including a Grammy award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for their song "December" in 1995. Collective Soul continues to tour and release music, with a dedicated fan base that appreciates their blend of alternative rock and post-grunge sound.
