Artist Bio:
Collective Soul is an American rock band formed in Stockbridge, Georgia in 1992. The band was originally known as "Ed Roland and the Sweet Tea Project" before changing their name to Collective Soul. They gained popularity in the mid-1990s with their hit songs "Shine" and "The World I Know" from their debut album "Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid" released in 1993. The band's musical style is a blend of alternative rock, post-grunge, and hard rock.


The band consists of lead vocalist and keyboardist Ed Roland, rhythm guitarist Dean Roland, bassist Will Turpin, lead guitarist Jesse Triplett, and drummer Johnny Rabb. Collective Soul has released multiple albums over the years, with several of their singles reaching the top of the charts. They continue to tour and release new music, maintaining a dedicated fan base.
