Artist Bio:
Crabby Appleton was an American rock band formed in 1970. The band's name was inspired by a character from the 1960s TV show "F Troop". Their self-titled debut album, released in 1970, featured their most well-known song "Go Back", which reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The band's music was characterized by a combination of rock, pop, and psychedelic influences, with catchy melodies and harmonies.
Despite the initial success of "Go Back", Crabby Appleton disbanded in 1973 after releasing their second album, "Rotten to the Core". The band members went on to pursue other musical endeavors, and Crabby Appleton remains a relatively obscure but fondly remembered part of the early 1970s rock scene.
