Darryl Worley is an American country music artist who first gained recognition in 2000 with the release of his debut single "When You Need My Love." Born on October 31, 1964, in Savannah, Tennessee, Worley has released a total of six studio albums throughout his career, with several of his singles reaching the top of the country music charts, including "I Miss My Friend" and "Have You Forgotten?" His music often reflects his patriotism and support for the military, as seen in his song "Have You Forgotten?" which was inspired by the September 11 attacks.
Worley has received multiple nominations from the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music Awards. In addition to his music career, Worley is also known for his philanthropic work, supporting various causes such as the United Service Organizations (USO) and the Darryl Worley Foundation, which provides aid to the less fortunate in his community.
