Artist Bio:
David Seville And The Chipmunks was a fictional musical group created by Ross Bagdasarian Sr. in the late 1950s. The group consisted of three animated anthropomorphic chipmunks named Alvin, Simon, and Theodore, with David Seville serving as their adoptive father and manager. The Chipmunks are known for their high-pitched voices and their hit Christmas song "The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late)", which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1958.

Ross Bagdasarian Sr. provided the voices for all the characters in the recordings by speeding up his own voice to create the distinctive chipmunk sound. The Chipmunks went on to release numerous albums, TV shows, and movies, becoming a beloved pop culture phenomenon. The Chipmunks' success continued even after Bagdasarian's death, with his son, Ross Bagdasarian Jr., taking over the franchise and producing new music and content featuring the iconic characters.
