Depeche Mode is an English electronic music band formed in 1980 in Basildon, Essex. The band consists of members Dave Gahan (lead vocals), Martin Gore (keyboards, guitar, vocals), and Andy Fletcher (keyboards). Vince Clarke was also a founding member, but he left the band in 1981. Depeche Mode rose to fame in the 1980s with their dark, synth-pop sound and became one of the most successful electronic bands in music history.
The band has released 14 studio albums, with their most popular hits including "Just Can't Get Enough," "Enjoy the Silence," and "Personal Jesus."
