Device was an industrial metal band formed in 2012 by David Draiman, the lead vocalist of the band Disturbed, and Geno Lenardo, former guitarist of the band Filter. The band released their self-titled debut album "Device" in April 2013, which featured guest appearances from various artists such as Serj Tankian, Tom Morello, and Lzzy Hale. The album received mixed reviews from critics but achieved commercial success, reaching number 11 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Device toured in support of their album, performing at various music festivals and headlining their own shows. However, the band went on hiatus in 2014, and there have been no announcements regarding future projects or releases. Despite their brief time together, Device was able to leave a mark in the industrial metal genre with their unique sound and collaborations with other prominent musicians.
