Diana Ross is an American singer, actress, and record producer who rose to fame as the lead singer of the vocal group The Supremes in the 1960s. Born on March 26, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan, Ross began her solo career in the 1970s and quickly became one of the most successful female artists of the era. She is known for hits such as "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," "Upside Down," and "I'm Coming Out."


In addition to her music career, Diana Ross has also ventured into acting, starring in films such as "Lady Sings the Blues," for which she received a Golden Globe award for Best Actress.
